Having had time to digest all the info provided on what we can and cannot do, these are our proposed plans.

We will be offering a Ring or Message & Collect service. We will be in the shop from 10am on working days so please call or message us your order by 1pm, make payment (Card payments only – NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED, then collect by 2pm. These are fixed hours, any orders outside of these times will be processed the next working day. You will not be allowed to enter the shop nor pay in store under any circumstances. All orders and payments must be made in advance.

We will also be offering a local delivery service (CT16 & CT17) on the days we are working for those who are isolating and cannot collect or for those who cannot collect during our working hours. The minimum order value is £10. These will be non contact deliveries, we will knock your door and drop your order there and leave. If you live in a block of flats please note we will only deliver to the main door so please ensure you are going to be home. The exact same rules as above apply. Order and pay in advance during the specified hours and will endeavour to deliver the same day.

For all orders made on the website, we can no longer offer any guaranteed delivery times or dates. We are at the mercy of the courier companies we have contracts with and there will be the usual Christmas delays which are out of our control.

Wish orders can be collected, the exact same rules apply as above. You cannot enter the shop, you must have your QR codes ready for scanning at the door.

Wednesday 23rd Dec – 10am to 2pm
Thursday 24th December – 10am to 2pm
Friday 25th December – CLOSED
Saturday 26th December – CLOSED
Sunday 27th December – CLOSED
Monday 28th December – CLOSED
Tuesday 29th December – 10am to 2pm
Wednesday 30th December – 10am to 2pm
Thursday 31st December – 10am to 2pm
Friday 1st January – CLOSED
Saturday 2nd January – CLOSED
Sunday 3rd January – CLOSED

By this time, we should have further news on what we can do going forward.
